His visionary, determination and dedication has brought him a great success, earning him a strong reputation in the music industry in Malaysia. Beginning from a small business of only 2 workforce, his company has now emerged and revolutionized to over 40 qualified professional piano technicians, specializing in reconditioning, restoring and supplying of used pianos. They hand picked their used pianos from Japan, reconstructing them locally and then distributing it throughout Malaysia and neighbouring countries. Rest assure that all the replaced piano components are originate from Japan's finest quality. With the technical skills and experiences acquired over all these years, Mr Lai and his technicians are able to restore an old used piano to its BEST condition, as good as the originals but at a more affordable price.
